Lead the purchasing, estimating and inventory functions. When clients need more vertical integration through use of our outside vendor partners, I get involved to ensure the customer’s needs are met.

Switzer is a family to me. Our team is what makes Switzer what it is. The most important part of building a successful company is hiring the right people, and we have the best.

What is something people in your industry/niche have to deal with that you want to fix?

Our industry in consistently trying to educate the customer as to what ‘etching’ can do. At Switzer, we educate ourselves on our customers to understand how we can integrate ourselves into their company.
