Why People Love It Here

Switzer employees typically have impressive tenures with many being here from the very beginning. We believe that is a reflection of a culture that genuinely cares about each individual outside of our walls.

Multiple shift options with voluntary overtime

There are three different shift options (6am-2:30pm, 2:15-10:45pm or 10-6:30pm) for our production team to ensure a healthy work/life balance can be achieved. Employees can also opt-in to voluntary overtime on the weekends, if their personal schedule allows.

Peer-to-peer recognition program

Our employees allow us to be an industry leader in the manufacturing of precision metal parts. We’re thankful for that and recognize work anniversaries, birthdays and performance milestones every chance we can to show our appreciation.

Employee referral program

At Switzer, we are committed to finding and hiring the very best talent. Our current employees know a thing or two about that. It’s why they can always refer friends, family, and other associates for open positions with us. If the candidate is successfully hired, the referring employee will receive monetary compensation from us.

The Switzer Type

We are always looking for dedicated, hard-working talent who will uphold our company values in a challenging, professional atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Transparent: You communicate professionally, respectfully, openly, and honestly.
  • Responsible: You are empowered. You respect the accountability that comes along with it. You own our roles and our actions. You do the right thing. Always.
