Inspector/Production Laborer

Position Summary

Responsible for performing basic production tasks (unloading machines, loading and unloading paint racks), material handling or transporting, bench work (break out, packaging, soldering, some forming, inspection), packaging, and basic product assembly.

Hourly pay rate: $16/hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Follows standard operating procedures and described best practices as instructed
  • Ensures high quality of product at all times
  • Works in a safe manner and points out areas for improvement
  • Performs all preventative maintenance and cleaning procedures as documented
  • Utilizes maintenance request documentation to keep equipment functioning as effectively as possible
  • Is an active participant in one on one coaching, team meetings, and plant meetings.
  • Utilizes corrective action process and documentation to assist in continually improving our processes

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma, or,
  • 1yr of experience setting up and operating machines in a manufacturing environment operating under a certified quality management system

Engineering Technician

Hourly wage: $18 – $26/hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Creates output used by production that can include job routing, written procedures or specifications, drawings, or phototools.
  • Participates in continuous improvement efforts with engineering and operations.
  • Acts as a hub of front end work, by translating quoted commitments and customer requirements into job routing and initiating purchasing activity.
  • Maintains and improves the system of front end processing, finding and developing ways to process standard work more efficiently and accurately.
  • Assists with data reports, time studies, and inventory management.
  • Works closely with engineering, estimating, production, and quality teams.

Required Knowledge and Skillset

  • Ability to read and interpret product prints. Must have basic skills in GD&T.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad and/or Solidworks
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Math and problem solving skills
  • Ability and desire to work with all business functions, i.e. Sales, Production, Quality, etc.

Education and Experience

  • 2 or 4 year degree in Engineering or related field

Accounting Assistant

Position Summary

Position is responsible for compiling and maintaining all Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable records; determining Vendor payment schedule and processing payments according to such; tracking and following up on delinquent receivable accounts; processing and transmitting weekly payroll numbers. This position is responsible for maintaining all accounting functions.

Hourly pay rate: $16 – $23/hour depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Audit all Vendor invoices, match with received pack slips and Company Purchase Orders and record in accounting database.
  • Determine A/P schedule and prepare payments.
  • Analyze Vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms
  • Print all A/P reports.
  • Maintain all A/P records.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations as well as assist in month and year end closes.
  • Cross trains to maintain A/R focused skills.
  • Prepare and mail customer invoices.
  • Record receipts and update A/R ledger by customer.
  • Maintain cash book daily.
  • Follow up with customers with regard to delinquent customer accounts.
  • Process RMA’s and other credits as required.
  • Print all A/R reports.
  • Maintain all A/R records.
  • Prepare daily cash deposits.
  • An active participant in one on one coaching, team meetings, and plant meetings.
  • Utilizes Corrective Action process and documentation to assist in continually improving our processes.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Associates degree in an accounting field, or,
  • Combination of 2 years previous work experience and/or education
