As an Inside Sales Representative at Switzer Manufacturing, I work directly with customers on quotations, orders, lead times, manufacturing capabilities, and project requirements. My goal is to provide clear communication, quick responses, and dependable support, so customers feel confident they have a trusted partner who is invested in their success.

What do you like about working at Switzer?

I enjoy the collaborative culture at Switzer and the opportunity to help customers solve unique manufacturing challenges. Every project is different, and it's rewarding to work alongside a team that is committed to quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.

What is something people in your industry/niche have to deal with that you want to fix?

Many customers deal with long lead times, limited communication, and the complexity of working with multiple suppliers. I strive to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible by being responsive, transparent, and focused on helping customers find the best solution for their needs.

1. Fishing tournaments and being on the water
2. Watching Football. GO BILLS!!! 
3. Traveling and exploring new places with my family
