Create the company’s vision and direction. I try to understand what clients are truly looking for in a strategic partner to help guide that vision. I want them to trust that I/we genuinely want to assist them in being innovators and leaders in their industry.

What do you like about working at Switzer?

My goal is to make Switzer a place where people are excited to come to work every day. A place where they know we have their best interests in mind and that this is a place where they will have the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.

What is something people in your industry/niche have to deal with that you want to fix?

Truly focus on being a partner to our customers and not just the part(s) they want us to make.
